All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on actual volume, access conditions, additional services, or time required. Any changes will be communicated and confirmed before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit and debit cards. By submitting payment information, you authorize Pro100movers to charge the total amount due for the services rendered.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee to cover logistical costs.

We take every precaution to handle your belongings carefully. Pro100movers provides basic coverage for transported items. Additional insurance for high-value goods can be arranged upon request before the move begins.

We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, plants, weapons, or items prohibited by law. Pro100movers reserves the right to refuse the carriage of such items.

8. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to adhere to agreed schedules, Pro100movers is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate promptly regarding any changes to the delivery timeline.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pro100movers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, loss of income, or emotional distress.

10. Privacy and Communication

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receive communication by email, SMS, or phone regarding your order or related updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any disputes arising shall be handled in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
